Book-keeping:
On a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to prepare management and annual statutory accounts, and to prepare VAT returns. We have experience of preparing accounts on a variety of accounting software packages.

Payroll:
Can be processed on a weekly or monthly basis on our computerised system. Payslips and details of PAYE liabilities are provided and we supply a full service for end of year compliance.

Sub-contractors & CIS:
Along with payroll we offer a full service to ensure you comply with all aspects of the Construction Industry Scheme regulations.

Accounts and financial reports:
Annual accounts can be prepared for all business from the sole-trader to limited companies (in the required format for Companies House). When required we can also prepare periodic management accounts, cash flow forecasts, budgets and business plans. We can also advise on the statutory record keeping requirements, and more efficient accounting systems where necessary.

Tax Returns:
We can prepare and submit on your behalf all necessary tax returns for individuals, partnerships and limited companies. We will also calculate all tax liabilities so you are prepared in advance of any demand for tax from the Inland Revenue.

Tax Planning and Advice:
Advice can be given with regard to Income Tax including PAYE, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Value Added Tax, and National Insurance. Specialist advice is available with regard to Inland Revenue investigation techniques and procedures.

Company Secretarial:
Assistance is available for the compliance with company secretarial requirements.

Basis of Charging:
In accordance with normal professional practice, fees are based upon the degree of responsibility and skill involved and the time necessarily occupied on the work. However, whenever possible we will be happy to agree a fixed price in advance for accounting and taxation compliance activities thus enabling our clients to produce more accurate budgets and cash flows.
